亲爱的孙校长和王老师，

你们好！有一段时间没有联系了，因我正忙于我的教学（神经科学）。

梅肯的春天已经悄然而至。上一周，我们见证了2012年第三十届樱花节——全世界最粉的节日——在梅肯成功举行（拥有35万棵樱花树）。像往常一样，其盛大的闭幕式在卫斯里安女子学院举行。校长Mr. Farr在这个闭幕式中扮演了重要的角色，并在此次樱花节中担任主席。

这是我一年中最喜爱的季节，自从我们2007年搬到梅肯，我们就一直很喜欢这个节日——也正是在这樱花纷飞季节，几年前我和Mr. Farr 相识在卫斯里安女子学院。

这有一些最近的照片与你们分享。希望你们和我们一起享受这美丽的节日。很高兴两名曲塘中学的学生明年能够参加这个盛大的活动，并希望更多的学生将来到这个兼有丰富历史和现代活力的美丽城镇学习。

Dear Principal Sun and Mrs. Wang,

How are you doing?

I have been quiet for a while as I am in the middle of teaching (neuroscience actually). Spring has arrived here in Macon. The past week saw the 30th Cherry Blossom Festival 2012 - the pinkest festival in the whole wild world - successfully staged in Macon ( It boasts of 350,000 cherry trees). The Grand Finale took place in the beautiful Wesleyan College Campus as usual. Mr. Farr has been playing an important role in this event and was the Chairman of CB Festival in 2012. This is my favorite time of the year, and we have been enjoying this festival since our moving to Macon in 2007 - that's how Mr. Farr and I first met in Wesleyan Campus. Several recent and historic pictures to share with you (Mr. Farr was in pink suit as seen the CBF brochure).

Wish you would visit us in one of these seasons. Glad two Qutang students will be able to enjoy this great event next year, and hopefully more students will be coming to study in this beautiful town with both rich history and modern dynamics.
